Scratch's first solo flight doesn't go as planned, his ship becomes frozen over the wastelands of outer Spagovia. After he floats down to Spagnovia with the help of a parachute, two Spagnovians force him into a satellite rocket that they are too afraid to test themselves. Colonel Bleep spots Scratch with a radar scope and races to his rescue, and comes up with a plan to get back at the Spagnovians.
